These terms govern your use of Ring Keep (the “Service”), an AI phone receptionist for businesses. By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of your business.
The Service
Ring Keep answers calls forwarded to a phone number we provide, answers questions from the information in your business profile, takes messages and can book appointments. The Service is currently offered as a beta and may change, be interrupted or contain errors.
Your responsibilities
- Keep your business profile accurate: the receptionist repeats what you enter.
- Comply with the laws that apply to your calls, including call-recording and consent laws, and with telephone carrier rules when you forward calls.
- Do not use the Service for unlawful, abusive or emergency purposes. Ring Keep is not an emergency service.
- Keep your password secure and tell us about any unauthorized use of your account.
AI limitations
The receptionist is automated and can misunderstand callers or make mistakes. Review calls, leads and appointments in your dashboard. You remain responsible for your relationship with your customers.
Fees
The beta is free unless we agree otherwise in writing. We will tell you before any paid plan applies to your account.
Data
You keep ownership of your business data. Our Privacy Policy explains how we process it.
Termination
You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put the Service at risk.
Disclaimer and liability
The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Ring Keep is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including missed calls, lost business or booking errors, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms; we will notify you of material changes by email or in the dashboard.
